Vinyasa means breath synchronized with movement. It emphasizes the practice of evolutionary sequences of asanas (postures), in a correct alignment coordinated with a fluid and sustained breathing.

Jamie started practicing yoga ten years ago. Over the years she has developed her practice studying Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini. She traveled to India to do an intensive study in Rishikesh and develop her knowledge and skills of the origin of yoga, then got her 200 hour YTT at Swastha International with Serena Arora and Kevin McQuillan.
