BEACHFRONT YOGA
Vinyasa means breath synchronized with movement. It emphasizes the practice of evolutionary sequences of asanas (postures), in a correct alignment coordinated with a fluid and sustained breathing.

Jamie started practicing yoga over a decade ago. Over the years she has developed her practice studying Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini. She traveled to India to do an intensive study in Rishikesh and develop her knowledge and skills of the origin of yoga. She then went on to get her 200 hour YTT here in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Now, she studies under the guidance of owner/founder of SER Om Shanti Yoga Studio, Mariel Marmorato.
